20th Anniversary and Thanks for 2009

Today is our 20th birthday! And thanks to our customers we have celebrated the last year in style, growing from 6 to 9 employees. That's 50% growth in one year, and that was done in a year where other businesses were taking a beating. Our growth is a testament to our superior staff, who have demonstrated to our customers that we can offer something both unique and cost-effective to our customers. This is always important, but our customers have recognized it to be critically important during tough economic times. All indications for 2010 predict similar growth. We thank our customers for making our 20th year our best ever, as we strive to make our 21st year our customer's best year ever.

Crystal Computer Consulting is currently raising awareness of our hosted services offerings, called CrystalLive. CrystalLive allows you access to server based services and applications without the hassle of managing, licensing, or purchasing a server. Applications and services can be accessed from anywhere with internet access. Hosted offerings include Websites, Exchange Email, Microsoft Office, and our own Epiphany business management application. We can even host your own industry specific applications, or your very own dedicated server.

We have just launched a new network support program that offers a monthly fixed cost solution that meets all of your network support needs. For a single fixed monthly rate, Crystal acts as your own internal IT department performing all necessary routine and emergency maintenance, user training, and general support on your entire network. All support is included, so there are never any budget surprises.
Pricing for this solution is based on the number of workstations and servers on your network. It is affordable and cost effective for small businesses with just a couple computers, and scales well to larger organizations with large numbers of servers and workstations but no desire to hire their own in-house IT staff.
