Our remote network monitoring provides real time tracking of your network health. We can watch servers, workstations, and other network devices to make sure they are running and operating at peak performance. We receive alerts 24 hours a day in the event of a mission critical failure, and we can configure the monitoring so that you can see the status of the network as well.
All of our full service CrystalCare contracts include network monitoring, but this service can also be purchased a la carte. It greatly enhances network reliability and minimizes downtime by allowing Crystal staff to be far more proactive managing your network.
