Brian Lippincott founded Crystal Computer Consulting and developed the first version of Epiphany Business Management Software in 1990 as a college senior at UW-Whitewater. Over the years Brian has worked diligently to grow his organization and continually transform Epiphany to adapt to the ever-changing landscape of business management.

Randy Kersten is our Director of Operations and has been a member of the Crystal team for six years. When he isn’t managing company operations, Randy enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids.

Pam Mepham is our Technical Facilitation Manager. She manages our frontline support. She strives on process improvement and project management for our customers as well as Crystal. When she’s not at Crystal, Pam enjoys spending time with her family and friends, doing DIY projects and home improvements.

Rick Walworth is our Director of Database Administration. He has been with Crystal for seven years in our programming division. When Rick isn’t at Crystal he spends his time riding his Harley across the country with his wife.
